Detention Basins (if approved) could affect Briarhills Parkway, Coachlight and Trailville

The plans include detention basins right up to the property lines of owners along Briarhills Parkway, Coachlight, and Trailville.  This includes Briarhills’ tennis courts and swimming pool.  The attached file contains the maps for Briarhills POA and HOA areas.
